Floating Ivory Lace & Tulle 1950's Wedding Gown w/ Bolero

A stunning ivory (almost dark enough to be cream but not quite) 1950's wedding gown of lace and tulle. Strapless lace bodice with pleated tulle bust. Gown has a very full skirt of tiered tulle trimmed with lace and backed with an additional layer of tulle underneath. Lined. Bodice is boned. Shown here with a crinoline... not included. Side metal zipper. Matching lace bolero.

 

Embroidered Cream Tulle 1950's Wedding Dress w/ Cropped Jacket Price: $244 

The color of this dress is a little perplexing... at first I thought it was discolored and went to put it on the "to be cleaned" rack, but then I realized that the dress is actually meant to be cream and the effect of the air space under the gathers/ruffles was giving it a bit of a greyish hue... it still may not be 100% as bright as it originally once was, but it is not really discolored as I had originally thought. ANYWAY... the dress is beautiful. Constructed from a lovely floral embroidered tulle. Strapless, asymmetrical bodice with ruffles at the left side. Dress has a super full ruffled.tiered skirt wth an embroidered tulle overlay (shown with a crinoline... not included). Rear metal zipper (zipper is fully functional, the dress was just too small for the form). Matching cropped jacket with button front and buttoned sleeves. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) Taken in to 31" bust, 23" waist, free hips. Approximately 41 1/2" from underam to hem.

A lovely 1950;s wedding dress in ivory lace & tulle. Short sleeved bodice with sweetheart neckline and basque waist. Neckline has iridescent seuin dotted lace appliques. Gown has a super full, triple layer tulle skirt with a lace "apron." Gown is shown here with a bridal hoop... not included. Gown has an attached liner, however the sleeves and yoke are sheer.
